Pilates / Focus
A class built around controlled movement and attention to the details. Pilates is a regular part of my week.
Pilates, yoga, barre—and a little room to be present.
Making space for movement has become part of my routine. I enjoy moving between different kinds of classes: sometimes something energetic, sometimes something focused, and sometimes a chance to slow down.

A different rhythm: small movements, repetition, and a class to get absorbed in. I like having this alongside Pilates.
Sometimes I want a gentler pace. Yin and sound meditation are favorites for making room to pause.
Two Jersey City Pilates spots, and a nearby Hoboken favorite for Yin + Sound.

JERSEY CITY / PILATES
One of my regular Pilates spots in Jersey City. WundaBar’s approach brings traditional Pilates into an energetic class built around its WundaFormer equipment.

JERSEY CITY / PILATES
Another familiar part of my Jersey City routine. The studio offers small-group equipment classes with thoughtful, individualized instruction—a focused setting for Pilates practice.
HOBOKEN / YIN + SOUND
My special mention goes to Yin + Sound. Longer-held, supported yoga postures lead into a crystal singing bowl sound bath. A favorite for the quieter side of my routine.

Movement is one way I make time for myself. The class can change; I like keeping the space for it.
